This seminar is scheduled for July 19 in Dedham, MA, at the Holiday Inn. (ERD 6/18/12). For those who have already completed Reading with TLC - Parts 1 and 2, or Reading with TLC - Condensed, this third day of training offers more support, with practical strategies for classroom and small group implementation, lesson planning help, and a "make and take" session that has participants leaving with not only more confidence in their abilities to work with the TLC methods and materials, but also a bag of organizational tools and games for the classroom! All materials included in price of seminar. The seminar runs from 9:00AM - 3:00PM, and registration (with coffee!) is from 8:45AM - 9:00AM.

This 5 hours seminar offers some of the research supporting the use of Lively Letters with preschoolers, including engaging and motivating techniques to introduce upper and lower case letter sounds and names, and proven, research based strategies to improve the important phonemic awareness and phonics skills that will lay the foundation for successful reading and spelling. TLC-STOT - Training of the TLC Trainers Seminar fee $315 (including materials). Register by the Early Registration Date (ERD) and receive a $20 coupon for TLC products at the seminar! April 3-5 in Dedham, MA (ERD 3/06/12); July 16-18 in Dedham, MA (ERD 6/18/12). For those who have already been trained through Reading with TLC - Parts 1 & 2 or Reading with TLC - Condensed, this three day seminar licenses and prepares participants, as TLC Team Trainers, to go back and train colleagues at their own school districts or organizations in the use of the Reading with TLC methods and materials. After gaining experience presenting the program to others, there is an option to apply for the opportunity to be an official TLC National Trainer, further licensed to present TLC seminars to those outside their own districts for a fee. After attending the first day of training, participants attend the following Reading with TLC - Parts 1 and 2 seminar, this time seeing the presentation with the eyes of a TLC Trainer.

Tutor Directory Payment This TLC Tutor Directory Payment is designed only for those who have already applied and been accepted to post a brief bio and contact information on the Reading with TLC website for one year. If you have received a letter of acceptance and have been instructed to make this payment, enter the quantity of 1 and you will be charged a fee of $100, which will cover your posting for one year from the date of your first listing. If you have not yet received an offical letter of acceptance from the Reading with TLC authors, please do not make this purchase yet.
