Do you bead or know someone who likes to make jewelry?

You can purchase a plain capsule with flexible rings to attach your own custom bracelet. Local bead shops or craft stores can assist you with your selection and configuration of the bracelet.

If you belong to Weight Watchers or other organizations that provide milestone charms, you can add those too!
